Before working with a coach, you want to get a feel for the person: their presence, their clarity, their background.
This short video (in French) summarizes how I support my clients, and how my varied experiences (engineering, marketing, digital transformation, management, communication and voice) inform my approach to developing leadership and communication.
Why I place so much importance on self-awareness
In all the coaching I do, self-awareness is the starting point. Understanding what makes us react, move forward, hesitate… is what then allows us to act with more clarity, confidence and impact.
Psychology, neuropsychology, and emotional intelligence are solid foundations, but they are useless if they don't become practical. In my view, a coach's role isn't just to get someone thinking; it's to transform those insights into actions that make a real difference in their daily life.
An unusual path… that taught me the essentials
I come from the world of engineering, I have led teams, I was the Internet marketing director at Cirque du Soleil, I co-founded a digital transformation firm, and I have even been a radio commentator and voice-over actor.
One might think that all of this has nothing to do with each other, but it's quite the opposite. This varied journey has taught me one simple but fundamental thing:
Technical skills matter, of course… but the real difference lies in the quality of our relationships and our communication.
That's what I underestimated in my first management role: technically competent, yes… but not prepared for leadership. In hindsight, a coach would probably have saved me many sleepless nights, and a few gray hairs.
This is one of the things that led me to this profession: creating a space of trust where people can clarify what they really want… and chart a realistic path to achieve it.
What people appreciate about my way of working
The people I work with often describe me as:
keen
structure
open-minded
listening
Direct when necessary, but always respectful
My goal isn't to sidestep important issues; it's to get straight to the heart of what will truly move the individual or team forward. And for many of my clients, this honest and compassionate approach is the most transformative element.
If you wish to go further
If you want to strengthen your leadership, resolve a situation at work, or develop clearer, more composed and more impactful communication… I would be happy to discuss it with you.
I firmly believe that clarity, presence, and quality of relationships can transform a career, and sometimes even a life.
Looking forward to possibly working with you!
