I am Maxime Gaudreau, a certified coach, facilitator, speaker, and management consultant. I combine the structure of engineering with the empathy of communication, helping leaders and organisations transform potential into action and ideas into tangible outcomes.
From my early days as an engineer to my leadership roles in digital marketing, with unique experiences at Cirque du Soleil and as co-founder of Big Bang 360, I learned from the inside what a truly rigorous and engaged organization can accomplish.
